Our 1-on-1 sessions cater to anyone looking to achieve their dream yoga pose, refine alignment, and enhance mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance.

Additionally, I offer specialized handstand training for those eager to take their practice to new heights. Each in-person class also comes with a complimentary 30-minute online session to continue your journey.
